MDB Pharma Solutions® is a registered trademark of Mecanizados del Besós, a company founded in 1965 dedicated to the design and custom manufacturing of valves and other components for the petrochemical industry, exporting to Europe, Algeria and Japan.
Since our beginnings, quality, exceptional service and close contact with our clients have been the fundamental pillars of our activity. These principles were the driving force behind the creation of MDB Pharma Solutions in 2014, making us part of the changing challenges of our clients over the years. It was this commitment to excellence that led us to invest in Research and Development, forming a cohesive team of industrial engineers and specialized technicians.
In response to growing market demands, we expanded our operations with the Boilermaking and Special Welding divisions, with the aim of guaranteeing superior quality and offering an even more comprehensive service.

At our facilities, we have industrial engineers and specialized technicians dedicated to the development, design and manufacture of customized equipment that meets the most demanding specifications of our clients.
FacilitiesandDivisions
MDB Pharma Solutions® has two production centres. The first houses our machining division, equipped with lathes, CNC machining centres and welding equipment. The second centre houses our technical office and boilermaking..
In our boilermaking facilities, we follow a strict ISO 9001:2015 quality policy that guarantees all our processes. We divide this area into three parts:
Forming and Welding Zone:
In this area, we specialize in the manufacturing of a wide range of products, including atmospheric and pressure vessels, among others. Our highly trained team uses advanced forming and welding techniques to ensure the quality and precision of each component we manufacture.
Clean Zone: Our clean area is dedicated to orbital and TIG welding activities of process piping, as well as the final assembly of equipment. Our ASME BPE components warehouse is also located here, ensuring the traceability of materials and allowing us to offer a rapid response to any emergency. We prioritize cleaning and quality control at all stages of production to ensure the integrity of our products.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) Zone
to carry out the validations of all the equipment designed and manufactured by us. In these functional tests, the conformity of the equipment is verified, from the P&ID, the elements that compose it, to the execution of most of the equipment's functions.
