MDB Pharma Solutions® is a registered trademark of Mecanizados del Besós, a company founded in 1965 that specializes in the design and manufacture of custom components for the pharmaceutical industry.
Our history
We were founded in 1965, dedicated to the design and custom manufacturing of valves and other components for the petrochemical industry. In 2014 we entered the pharmaceutical industry through an investment in Research and Development, forming a specialized team and creating Boilermaking and Special Welding divisions.
Human team
We have a highly qualified team to develop complete projects, from design and engineering to manufacturing and welding of components. Our engineers and technicians use CAD and 3D tools to develop customized pharmaceutical equipment, such as purified water (PW) and injectable (WFI) recirculation and storage systems, as well as a variety of process reactors.
Our clients
We are privileged to work with a wide range of clients in the pharmaceutical sector, including leading companies such as BWT, BCN Peptides, GP-Pharm, I-dositecno, Lleal, ICMAB and Geo-Pharm, among others. In addition, we have carried out projects for clients outside the pharmaceutical sector, such as Unitecno, Hidracar, Kitz Iso and Netzsch.
